关于蟾皮抗炎的文献回顾摘要：蟾皮为蟾蜍科动物中华大蟾蜍Bufo bufo gararizans Cantor或黑眶蟾蜍B. melanostictus Schneider的干燥表皮的干燥皮,味辛、气凉、微毒,有清热解毒、利水消胀之功效。
本文主要研究蟾皮中的抗炎作用。
蟾皮中的成分复杂，研究发现蟾蜍中的蟾毒灵具有良好的抗炎活性。
蟾毒灵可产生剂量依赖性抗炎镇痛作用，其机制可能与下调NF－kappa;B入核并抑制其下游炎症介质有关。
将近年来蟾皮中的化学成分及临床应用进行总结，为蟾皮的进一步应用提供思路。
关键词：蟾皮，化学成分，抗炎 Abstract：The traditional Chinese medicine Chanpi is the skin of Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor .In traditional, it was used to treat carbuncle-abscess and Swelling drug. This review mainly talks about the effect of anti-inflammation of Chanpi. The constituents of Chanpi are very complicated, but during the sesearch, we find that the effect of anti-inflammation of bufalin is of great importance. Bufalin presented in vivo anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects，probably through the inhibition of NF-kappa;B activation．To summarize the research progress on clinical applications of Toad skin in recent years, and provides idea for further application of Toad skin．Key words：Chanpi,chemical constituents,anti-inflammation一、蟾皮及蟾酥概述蟾蜍皮又称癞蛤皮，是蟾蜍科动物中华大蟾蜍Bufo bufo gararizans Cantor或黑眶蟾蜍B. melanostictus Schneider的干燥表皮[1]，是江苏的道地药材，最早来源于《本草逢原》，民间传统用药。
药性辛、凉、微毒，有清热解毒、利水消肿之功效，主治痈疽、肿毒，我国民间多用来治疗原发性肝癌、肺癌等。
蟾酥为蟾蜍科动物中华大蟾蜍Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor或黒眶蟾蜍Bufo melanostictus Schneider的干燥分泌物，经加工干燥制成。
蟾酥有效成分为蟾蜍他灵、华蟾毒精、蟾蜍毒配基等[2]现代药理研究证实其有强心、升压、抗休克、抑制血小板聚集、呼吸兴奋、抗炎、局部麻醉、抗病原微生物、提高机体的非特异性免疫、抗辐射、抗肿瘤等多作用，其脂溶性成分为主要活性成分，但局部刺激和毒性较强[3][4]。
