摘要：蟾酥是我国的传统名贵中药，是中成药六神丸、牛黄消炎丸的组成成分之一。
其化学成分复杂，药理活性广泛。
现代药理研究表明，蟾酥具有抗炎、镇痛、抗感染、抗肿瘤等作用。
蟾酥中蟾毒灵具有诱导多种肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用，临床上以蟾酥或蟾皮为原料制备的多种制剂，如蟾素注射液、华蟾酥注射液等已用于肿瘤疾病的治疗。
许多研究以蟾酥中脂溶性的甾烯类成分为主研究其抗肿瘤活性，而对水溶性的多肽类成分的抗肿瘤活性研究较少。
关键词：蟾酥；多肽；抗肿瘤活性AbstractVenenum Bufonis, also known as Chan Su in Chinese medicine, contains complex chemical composition. It is an essential component of Liushen Wan and NiuHuangXiaoYanWan. Various compounds from toad venom can be generalized as four main categories: bufotoxins, bufogenins, bufoteinines and macromolecular substance like sterols and peptide. Chan Su exerts extensive bioactivities, such as anti-inflammatory action, abirritation, anti-infection and anti-tumor. Bufalin in toad venom can induce apoptosis of various tumor cells. Anti-tumor preparations made from toad venom or toad skin have been widely used for the treatment of tumor diseases. Many studies researched the anti-tumor activities of fat soluble components like bufadienolides in toad venom. However, less studies on the anti-tumor activities of peptide, water soluble components in toad venom. Key words: Toad Venom; Peptide; Anti-tumor activity 蟾酥为蟾蜍科动物中华大蟾蜍Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor 或黑眶蟾蜍Bufo melanostictus Schneider 的干燥分泌物，具有解毒，止痛，开窍醒神的作用[1,2]。
其化学成分复杂，主要含有四类：蟾蜍毒素类，为蟾毒配基的脂肪酸酯、氨基酸酯、硫酸酯等，只存在于新鲜蟾蜍分泌物中[3]。
蟾毒配基类，如脂蟾毒配基、蟾毒灵、蟾毒它灵等，为蟾酥在干燥加工过程中蟾蜍毒素分解的产物。
蟾酥色胺类，为具有一定生物活性的吲哚类生物碱，如5-羟色胺、蟾蜍色胺等吲哚类衍生物[4,5]。
其他类，如多肽、甾醇等大分子物质。
