结合中成药检测方法，浅谈如何提升前列承气片质量标准
摘 要：随着中成药逐渐成为现代临床用药的重要组成部分，只有确定更加科学的中成药质量检测方法及检验标准，才能保证用药的安全有效。本文通过在数据库中检索中成药检测方法的相关文献并进行分析，总结和优选出了更具科学性和先进性的中成药检测方法。盐城市中医院自主研究了前列承气片，原仅采用理化鉴别方法对药品进行检验。现为全面提升药品质量，拟参照《药品管理法》、《中国药典》（2015年版）等要求，运用现代分析检验技术，完善前列承气片的质量控制标准，确保其安全性及稳定性。

Abstract：With Chinese patent medicine gradually becoming an important part of modern clinical medicine, only to determine more scientific Chinese patent medicine quality testing methods and standards can ensure the safety and effectiveness of medicine. In this paper, more scientific and advanced Chinese patent medicine detection methods are summarized and prefered by searching the relevant literature of the method of detection of Chinese medicine in a database. Yancheng hospital of traditional Chinese medicine independently studied qianliechengqi tablet, which was originally tested by physicochemical identification. In order to comprehensively improve the quality of the medicine, it is planned to use modern analytical and inspection technique with the requirements of the drug management law and the Chinese pharmacopoeia (2015 edition) to improve the quality control standards of qianlichengchengqi tablets in accordance to ensure its safety and stability.

中成药作为我国医药学宝库的重要组成部分，是依据中医辨证论治理论，结合现代化医疗应用实践而形成的一类中药制剂，具有服用方便、见效快、毒副作用小等优点。但是中成药大多数由单味药材加以辅料配制而成，组成中成药的单味药材容易受品种、产地、加工方法等因素的影响，且中药材存在制假参伪现象，传统的望闻尝切的方法很难对其进行判别。生产工艺也对其质量有着决定性的作用。因此只有结合新的科技手段对中药材进行鉴别，对中成药成品进行检测，才能确保临床用药安全有效。本文主要分析几种常用鉴定技术在中成药检测中的具体应用，简述医院应该怎样对自制中成药进行检测。
