白术芍药散炮制前后主成分差异性研究

摘要:白术芍药散是临床常用的中医传统方剂,具有补脾柔肝和祛湿止泻的功效。该方由炒白术、炒白芍、炒陈皮和防风4味中药组成。白术以内酯类成分为主,白芍主要含有单萜和单萜苷类,陈皮主要含有黄酮类成分,防风主要含有色原酮和香豆素类为主。本方药味少,功效专,配伍严密,常用于治疗各种腹泻及其他疾病。本文主要介绍了炮制对复方化学成分及药效的影响以及白术芍药散组方中4味中药炮制前后主要化学成分的差异性。

Study on the difference of main components of Baizhu Shaoyao San before and after processing by stir-frying

Abstract:Baizhu Shaoyao San (BSS), a traditional Chinese medicinal prescription, is clinically and commonly used for tonifying spleen and softening liver as well as eliminating dampness and relieving diarrhea. The prescription is composed of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (stir-frying with honey-processedwheat bran), Paeoniae Radix Alba (stir-frying with wheat bran), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (stir-frying without any auxiliary materials), and Saposhnikoviae Radix.Chemically, lactones are the main compounds in Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, monoterpenes and monoterpene glucosides are the main compounds in Paeoniae Radix Alba, flavonoids are the main compounds in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, and coumarins and chromones are the main compounds in Saposhnikoviae Radix. BSS is often used for the treatmentsof various diarrhea and other relevant diseases due to its simple herbalprescription, specific efficacy, and strict compatibility.This article mainly introduced the influence of processing on complicatedchemical components and efficacies in traditional Chinese medicinalprescription, and the changes in main chemical components offour medicinal herbs contained in BSS before and after processing by stir-frying.
