淡竹叶黄酮对异丙肾上腺素诱导的心肌缺血小鼠的保护作用
摘要:淡竹叶为禾本科植物淡竹叶(Lophatherum gracile)的干燥茎叶,为《中国药典》收载的常用清热中药,具有清热泻火除烦止渴,利尿通淋等功效,常用于热病烦渴,小便赤涩淋痛,口舌生疮等.淡竹叶中含有大量的黄酮类、三萜类、多糖、内酯和有机酸等成分,都具有广泛的生物活性作用.而其中的碳苷黄酮类成分，如异牡荆苷、荭草苷、异荭草苷、日当药黄素、当药黄素对缺血性疾病的治疗作用良好.现在前期研究的基础上,得出碳苷黄酮的最佳优化配比,通过动物在体实验验证碳苷黄酮最佳优化配比的合理性及有效性，并且研究其机制.

Protective effects of total flavones from Lophatherum gracileon ischemic myocardial rat induced by isoproterenol

Abstract:Herba Lophatheri is the dried stem and leaf of Lophatherum gracileBrongn.,the family of Gramineae.According to Chinese medicinal theory,Herba Lophatheri affects the body by clearing away heat and reducing fire.It also acts like a diuretic and is often used to cure the fever,urodynia and buccal ulceration in clinical. Herba Lophatheri containsamountsofflavonoids,triterpenoids,polysaccharides, lactones,organic acids,and other compositions,witha wide range of biological activities.Among them, the components of the C-glycosyflavones, such as isovitumin, heliotropin,isoorientin, and daunorubicin,play a crucial role in the treatment of ischemic diseases.Previous study has optimized the bestratio of C-glycosyflavones in vitro.In this review,we will verify the rationality and validity of it, and study its mechanismby animal experiments in vivo.
