文献综述:自噬及丹皮酚在自噬水平的研究进展15食品质量与安全 陆文韬(南京中医药大学 江苏省南京市栖霞区仙林大道138号 210046)摘 要 自噬是真核细胞所特有的分解代谢途径,在能量代谢循环、促进细胞存活中都起到相当重要的作用。
随着生命科学领域相互交叉学科的迅速发展,自噬在免疫、炎症、肿瘤等方面的地位也越来越多地受到人们的关注,而自噬与炎症感染、机体免疫及自身免疫反应之间的联系也逐渐成为了研究的焦点。
研究发现,通过自噬诱导适度的机体免疫对稳定生物体的正常机能状态具有非常重要的生理意义。
而丹皮酚为中药毛茛科植物牡丹、芍药和萝摩科植物徐长卿中提取分离出来的药效成分。
现代研究表明,丹皮酚具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等广泛疗效,它的药理作用广泛、毒副作用小,近年来其临床应用范围也日趋扩大。
本文综述了自噬和丹皮酚在自噬方面的研究,并在此基础上对其前景做出了展望。
关键词 自噬;丹皮酚Abstract Autophagy is a unique catabolic pathway of eukaryotic cells,which plays an important role in energy metabolism and cell survival.With the rapid development of cross-disciplines in life sciences, autophagy has attracted more and more attention in immunity,inflammation,cancer and other fields.The relationship between autophagy and inflammatory infection,body immunity and autoimmune response has gradually become the focus of research.It has been found that moderate body immunity induced by autophagy plays an important role in stabilizing the normal function of organisms. Paeonol is a kind of effective ingredient extracted and separated from Ranunculaceae plant Peony,Paeonia lactiflora and Romoco plant Cynanchum paniculata.Modern studies have shown that paeonol has a wide range of therapeutic effects,such as anti-inflammatory,anti-allergic,anti-oxidant,anti-cancer,etc.Its pharmacological effects are extensive and toxic side effects are small.In recent years, its clinical application scope is also expanding.In this paper,the research on autophagy and paeonol in autophagy was reviewed,and the prospect of autophagy was forecasted.Key Words Autophagy;Paeonol1.自噬的概念、分类及形成过程1.1自噬的概念和分类在生物进化中自噬是一种高度保守的细胞变化过程,胞质内的可溶性大分子和细胞器通过这种方式被转移到溶酶体进行降解清除。
自噬在细胞中拥有两个重要作用:在能量匮乏时可循环利用细胞内的能量来源;在应激条件下清除细胞毒性蛋白和细胞器。
生物赖以生存的外周环境充斥着各种协调与排斥的动态平衡,在应对各种应激时,细胞都在经历不断的变化以适应代谢需要和保护自身免受损伤。
